More food for... from Lynn Grabhorn's Beyond the 12-Steps. This, another clip from Chapter Three: The Subconscioous: Master Controller, under the heading: "A NEW PERCEPTION."
... We begin to alter the framework of our lives by realizing we were the ones who framed it. So we take the first steps to growth by accessing our lives and seeing a need for change. Then we allow ourselves the grace and humbleness to let go. The changes begin.
Change is a time when the limitations of old programming are torn away to make room for the new. Change raises us to a new level of thought, a new attitude, a new perception. Change is letting go completely of old ideas, and consciously reprogramming the subconscious with the new. Change is loving ourselves enough to release what inhibits our happiness and joy.
People did not shape our world; we did!
Circumstances did not shape our lives; we did!
So we go to our Source within and ask for help with removing old beliefs which no longer serve us. We don’t even have to know what they all are; we just release them.
And then we ask for help in reprogramming. A different kind of energy is drawn to us, bringing new experiences to match the new beliefs. The life we once thought to be filled with smashed hopes takes on a shimmering new look. Wishes turn to desire; desire works with divine high-frequency energy and turns to reality. We’re taking control of our life, directing it through our own divinity.

Hamlet's "rub." What is that Source? (GOD, of course— or...?) How do we access It? What is "our own divinity"? (GOD, of course— or...?)
Thanks.
I appreciate you.
