Ford Motor Co. made "Quality Is Job 1" a household slogan in the 1980s. Time for a change (not at Ford <smile>), with you and me.
Awareness Is Job #1
Awareness of what?
Everything.
Developing an increasing Awareness of and about all of the elements that make up your life & work— assessments, making choices, ways to learn and not learn, what you are able to do... what you are willing to do... being accountable, making and keeping commitments— is fundamental to your capacity and power to transform.
"In order to change yourself, you must first see yourself. Developing awareness means becoming a more competent observer of yourself and your world. You must develop the capacity to observe your body, your emotions, and your internal and external conversations."
How do my conversations create my reality?
How do the ways I carry and care for my body determine my experience of myself and my life?
How do my moods and emotions shape my world?"
— Chris Majer, The Power To Transform
The questions are the answer.
Love to learn what you think of this. Please, let me know...

Thanks.
I appreciate you!

Yesterday, The Power To Transform was delivered to my door and I have now read the Intro. and 1st Chapter. One of the keys to transformation is practice and having taught myself to play several musical instruments, I certainly do understand that! Along with that would be having an awareness of what it is that we need to practice.
John, I greatly appreciate your pointing me in the right direction!
All the Best,
Phil
