A Fundamental Choice

Like an assessment, a choice opens some poossibilities and closes others. My call partner, the Honorable Arnold Hella, reminded me of a most essential choice we all make every day— consciously or no. It's a line from the movie Shawshank Redemption, spoken by both characters, Tim Robbin's Andy Dufresne and Morgan Freeman's Red.

 

"Get busy living, or get busy dying."

Of course it's "domain specific" <smile>. What possibilities does getting busy with either one open & close for you?
