Studies show kids do better in school when they eat breakfast... Without breakfast, the nutritionists say, your metabolism is thrown off and you don't properly "burn" the calories you take throughout the rest of the day... Skip breakfast and you lose ability to focus and concentrate... Skipping breakfast is, many MD's assert, THE surest way to over-weight & obesity... And according to The National Weight-Loss Registry (whose members have lost an average of 66 lbs and kept it off for 5.5 years) 78% eat breakfast every day.
To ALL the above... I say, "You're right," and (technnical term coming) "Bull shit."
"I HATE Breakfast!"
If I eat breakfast, my day is shot to hel.... Gone! I'm so stuffed & bloated, it's mid-afternoon before I can function physically. And after a good ol' American breakfast, my mind is out-to-lunch— and lunch is the LAST thing I want. Once in a great while, I can handle some fresh fruit. But even then... I'm sluggish & sleepy and would rather lie down until the lethergy passes than have anything to do with a productive day.
AND, I know... I know... Without a "healthy" breakfast, I'm messing with my all important metabolic rate and throwing my body into a far-below-par fat buring state. That virtually guanantees excess weight gain & a bulging belly (and upper inside thighs, and flabby underarms, and... <smile>).
I Found a Better Whey
Forgive the word play, and that's just what I did and do— everyday of the week but one when I do a Cleanse (and more about that to come).

I feel great and look good. 15 pounds down in less than 30 days with 8 inches off my waist (at age 64). And muscles are happening— for the very first time in my life <smile>.
