Steve Demos was the founder WhiteWave, makers of Silk soy milk, now owned by Dean Foods. His latest project/product with his new company NextFood, is GoodBelly, a line of probiotic juices aimed primarily at baby boomers. He says that GoodBelly meets his definition of a successful new product, because "it solves a problem".
"The definition of a business is a customer who is willing to give you money for something you have. And the only reason that a customer is going to give you money is because you solved some problem or offered them something they don't already have. And if you can get to a biological need, you are going to have a continual supply of customers coming toward you."
Clearly, many network marketers have products in the health catagory that solve people's problems and are meeting a "biological need."
And since the business opportunity is "relating to, caused by, or affecting life or living organisms" (the definition of biological), ALL network marketers offer to solve the important problem of people's "biological need" for money.
