Borrowed this from TheFoggBlogg over at GreatestNetworker.com. Thought it valuable, so posted it for you here:
On the phone today with arch-contributor (and although 'arch' means chief; principle it can also mean mischievous; roguish), writer-editor-active Network Marketing builder/ leader and my oldest living friend, John David Mann. He told me this story.
The Mann's lady, Ana, was recently called by her mother and told her father was fading fastly. He was old and had been ill for some time. His condition had deteriorated to the point where he was faced with being taken to a round-the-clock medical care facility, but... that was not what he wanted.
Ana went down to Florida to be with him him. Stayed a week. Then stayed longer. After three weeks (or so), Ana's father 'died in her arms'.
If Mrs. Ana had been a professional person with clients to serve, such as a doctor or a lawyer; a small-business owner of a different color; or worst-case scenario, someone's employee... that 'being with' and 'there for' (her father and herself) would not have happened.
THE number one benefit of building a successful Network Marketing business is FREEDOM.
That's really what's on offer to your prospects.... That's the high-value brass-ring possibility to keep you in this game— nose to the grindstone, shoulder to the wheel, eye on the ball— committed to adding more and better to grow your business and yourself everyday.
If you have something better to do and be done... you should get to it right now....
It's time...
